Terms and Conditions

Orders will be processed in the sequence they have been received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Orders of special status will take longer.

Every attempt will be made to produce a product as close as possible in size, color and shape as seen on the website. Exact colors cannot be guaranteed as the color of the glass product itself can vary slightly in the production process.

Special orders require a 50% non-refundable payment.

All products will be insured upon shipping. Every effort to protect products will be taken during the shipping process.

All sales are final. If broken during transport, products will be insured for refund or replacement. A photo of the broken product is required upon receiving the product. A photo of bill of lading showing the date of arrival must be included.
